MAGMA OFFERS FREE STANDARD DELIVERY ON ORDERS ABOVE $200. PLEASE NOTE THAT FREE SHIPPING WILL BE APPLIED TO YOUR ORDER AT CHECKOUT.

EVERY JEWELRY PIECE IS PRODUCED ON DEMAND, ONE BY ONE TO ENSURE THE BEST QUALITY POSSIBLE. EACH PIECE IS CREATED SUSTAINABLY, REDUCING WASTE TO THE MINIMUM.

FOR INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES: PLEASE ALLOW 5-6 WEEKS FOR YOUR ORDER TO BE PRODUCED AND DELIVERED TO YOUR LOCATION.

FOR NATIONAL DELIVERIES (ECUADOR): PLEASE ALLOW 2-3 WEEKS FOR YOUR ORDER TO BE PRODUCED AND DELIVERED TO YOUR LOCATION.

PLEASE NOTE, THAT THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF YOUR ORDER DOES NOT INCLUDE LOCAL SALES TAXES AND VAT, WHICH MEANS EXTRA FEES MAY BE APPLIED AFTER PLACING YOUR ORDER.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL WITH THE ONLY EXCEPTION THAT WE DELIVERED THE WRONG SIZE, A DIFFERENT, OR FAULTY PRODUCT.

 

EVERY PIECE OF JEWELRY ON OUR WEBSITE IS HANDMADE TO ORDER TO ENSURE THE BEST QUALITY POSSIBLE. IN CASE OF HAVING REQUESTED AN INCORRECT SIZE, THE EXCHANGE OF A PIECE IS SUBJECT TO AVAILABLE STOCK AND INCURS AN ADDITIONAL COST DUE TO THE SIZING CORRECTIONS IN OUR WORKSHOP. NO EXCHANGES APPLY FOR UNIQUE DESIGNS. ONLY CHANGES ARE ACCEPTED WITHIN THE NEXT 10 DAYS AFTER RECEIVING THE ORDER.

 

FOR EXCHANGE, THE ITEM MUST BE IN PERFECT CONDITION AND THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING NEEDS TO BE INCLUDED.

UNFORTUNATELY, BECAUSE EACH PIECE IS MADE ON DEMAND FOR EACH CUSTOMER, IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO RETURN A PIECE THAT DOES NOT FALL UNDER THE PREVIOUSLY MENTIONED. ANY CLAIM REGARDING THE DELIVERY OF PRODUCT(S) MUST BE SUBMITTED IN 7 WORKING DAYS FOLLOWING RECEIPT OF THE PRODUCT(S). THEY MUST BE SENT IN THEIR ORIGINAL CONDITION (PACKAGING, ACCESSORIES, TAG, ETC.), UNWORN, AND IN PERFECT CONDITION. MAGMA IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE COSTS OF SHIPPING THE RETURN, THE COSTS AND RISKS PERTAINING TO THE RETURN OF PRODUCT(S) ARE BORNE BY THE SENDER. IF YOUR GOODS ARE FAULTY OR DO NOT MEET THE DESCRIPTION GIVEN ON THE SITE, WE WILL REFUND THE VALUE OF YOUR ORDER FOR THOSE GOODS. MAGMA HAS A 7-DAY RETURN POLICY: YOU HAVE 7 DAYS FROM WHEN YOUR ORDER IS DELIVERED TO SHIP/POSTMARK IT BACK TO OUR RETURN CENTER FOR A REFUND OR EXCHANGE.

REFUNDS ARE NOT APPLICABLE FOR ORDERS REFUSED IN THE DESTINATION COUNTRY ONCE THE ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED. IF THE ORDER IS REFUSED DUE TO CUSTOMS & DUTIES OR ANY DELAY IN PRODUCTION PRIOR TO SHIPPING, A REFUND IS NOT POSSIBLE.
